What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is a professional qualified to create documents that will be valid in other countries. In England and Wales a Notary Public is appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury through the Office of Faculties.
Why do we exist?
To make valid legal acts and documents for use in other countries.
What sort of jobs do we deal with?
- Company documents such as powers of attorney.
- Documents to buy and sell property abroad.
- Documents to allow marriage abroad.
- Paperwork to effect adoption of children from abroad.
- Insurance and probate paperwork.
